image surface tonight of the brother test boston marathon. fbi says that white hat and black jacket you see him wearing was found inside the dorm room. in the affidavit special agent describes his review of surveillance video saying he stood near the bomb he planted at the marathon and talking on the cell phone 30 seconds before the first explosion. >> in the mean time we are hearing more stories tonight of courage and survival emerging from the boston blast site of the more than 200 injured at least 14 have undergone amputations including dancer who lost her foot. but not her will to dance again. >> i was right in front of it. right in front of the business where it was so i felt the direct impact. >>reporter: 32-year-old adrian hazlett davis and her husband adam davis u.s. air man just back from afghanistan were watching the marathon when their lives changed.

calling for an in service performance evaluation of the terminal and investigation into the crashes documented by mr. mr. josh harmon. it says the number of highway crash was fatal injuries involving the et plus terminal does not match the excellent history of the original et 2000 terminal. the one with the 5 inch wide feeder channel. but the fhwa tells me they scrapped that letter. never september it. because it was a competitor making the the accusations against trinit trinity. they also declined to join harmon whistle blower lawsuit and reaffirm that the et plus is acceptable for use in the national highway system. >> it has to come the flight can not just be out there. this could be my children. these have a 50 year life expectancy if i don't do something they are out here and they will kill whenever they get hit or maim very highly possible. >> josh tells me he will never settle his whistle blower lawsuit unless the deal include as recall of the et plus head.
